Employee volunteering
Supporting our communities is at the heart of what we do. Through volunteering, our people help deliver meaningful assistance to those who need it most.
These interactions not only make a positive difference in the lives of others, but also foster a sense of fulfilment and connection through shared purpose.
Workplace giving
Through our workplace giving program, we financially match dollar-for-dollar, all employee's pre-tax charitable donations that are made to support selected charities, including some focused on First Nations communities, sustainability, mental health and supporting people through vulnerable circumstances.

Achieving a nature positive target
We’re committed to restoring more nature than we remove. Through our Nature Positive target, we aim to enhance biodiversity and regenerate habitat across our network.

At Endeavour Energy, we believe in powering communities - not just with electricity, but with compassion, purpose, and action. Our partnership with Dignity, a national charity working to prevent and end homelessness, is a shining example of how corporate collaboration can create lasting social impact.
We’re proud to support Dignity Homeless Services Australia in working to make a real difference in the lives of people and help power communities for a brighter future.
Supporting real-life heros
We’re helping make life just a little bit easier for sick kids and their families by supporting the Supertee project through our Powering Communities grants program.
Our grant supported the delivery of Supertees - hospital gowns designed as fun superhero costumes - that are specially crafted to easily accommodate medical equipment. These gowns simplify changing for parents and hospital staff by allowing medical lines to be accessed or bypassed with ease.
